Located in our downtown Denver office, you will be a key team member who delivers great stories through the development of compelling content for our audience to generate demand for Gates products and solutions.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for you because the content you develop will be utilized across websites, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and other marketing communication mediums!
  • You'll be working with Global Product Managers, Product Application Engineers, and Global Creative Studio to design highly relevant content for targeted market verticals.
  • You'll be assisting with the development of content distribution strategies to maximize the reach of new content to key target audiences and maintains the content publishing schedule.


Key responsibilities:

  • Planning, writing, editing, producing, and publishing content utilized in email marketing, landing pages, webpages, sales playbooks, sell sheets, and case studies that inspires audiences to take action
  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Application Engineers, and Sales Leaders to define key product benefit messages and create compelling marketing content designed to drive demand
  • Managing and coordinating new product launches and planned marketing campaign content creation projects
  • Providing disciplined project management skills to direct Gates Global Creative Studio on imagery, copy layout, and video creation utilized for all North American campaigns
  • Designing and generating content for Gates newsletters by collaborating with multiple departments to gather industry news, market updates, and product highlights
  • Researching trends in the industry to create digital advertisement content to drive search engine optimization and search engine marketing
  • Creating processes and implementing maintenance of internal content library, including keeping content updated and relevant, repurposing existing content, and identifying content gaps to expand library to meet sales and marketing needs.



ABOUT YOU

  • BA/BS required with a focus in business or marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using content design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Superb time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently with proven ability to meet predefined deadlines
  • Well-developed creativity with a strong background in conceptual thinking and ideation. Proactive strategic and creative thinker capable of generating new ideas and solving complex marketing challenges
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for various content platforms such as social media, websites, landing pages, and print media
  • Understanding of SEO, SMO, and PPC
  • Strong interpersonal skills with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight time constraints
  • Passionate, responsible, resourceful, problem solver

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship


PAY & BENEFITS

  • Full-Time
  • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
